Biography

Beth Henderson is based in St. Cloud, MN. For more than 20 years, Beth has worked with large consulting and research organizations as an expert in Sociology and Anthropology.

Believing that organizations are living organisms, not machines, Beth wondered why people’s human behavior at the micro-level of an individual is not reconciled with larger social influences that would provide tremendous synergy in the workplace.

These experiences prompted her to establish the Anthropological Framework for Human Performance, equipping individuals and organizations with a proven methodology to take their performance to new heights and create sustainable results consistently.
